How long does it take to form a company in the US?

Here’s a breakdown of the steps involved in starting your business:

1. State Incorporation: We’ll incorporate your company in the state of your choice, a process that typically takes 1-2 weeks.

2. EIN Number: After your company is incorporated, we’ll begin the process of obtaining your Employer Identification Number (EIN).

Note: While a U.S. Social Security Number (SSN) is not required to obtain an EIN, having one can significantly speed up the process.

Timeline (with SSN): A few days

Timeline (without SSN): On average, 4-8 weeks
